Get a dull knife or something similar to scrape as much of the barbecue up as possible. Be very careful not to rub the stain into the fabric more than it already is. 2. When you're dealing with clothing, run the backside of the stain under cold water forcing it back out. 3. Then using a mild detergent (liquid), blot (don't rub) this on the stain.
